Could you define the concept of Action International in a few words?
The business coach of Action International can help the manager of a small company to be more efficient, to define its realistic targets and to find new and innovative axes of development. The business coach is to inspire and train the boss, so that he can improve the way his business is managed, his planning and his team.

Action International has offices across the whole world. What are your objectives for France?
Action international is an Australian concept and we now have 200 coaches in this country and in New-Zealand and this figure is growing. In the UK, we have reached 150 coaches for the four-year course , 25 in Ireland and already 10 in Spain in one year. France has great potential because there are a lot of small- and medium-sized companies here.

What sort of franchisee are you looking for?
Our franchisees come from three main horizons: they are experienced executive managers attracted by this new concept, consultants wanting to join a leading company, or former bosses who would like to start a new career.
