2005 wrap-up:

Since Bert's Café Contemporain have launched their franchise development in 2004, they have been very successful with public and individual investors.

This up market fast food concept is still in development today in France but worldwide as well.
Late 2005, Bert's network included 8 franchised businesses and 7 owned businesses.
After having signed 9 franchise contracts in 2004, 7 new contracts have been signed in 2005 in France and worldwide: Dubai, Lebanon, Sharjat, Belgium, and late 2005, Boulogne, Issy-Les-Moulineaux and rue de Choiseul (Paris 2nd district).
2006 prospects:

In 2006, several franchise openings are already in the works in France and abroad.
January 2006: openings in Louvain, Puteaux and Dubai

Mars 2006: openings in Bercy, Geneva, Kuwait, Morocco, Dubai (2nd location) and in Lebanon (2nd location)

April 2006: opening in La Défense

May 2006: opening in Bordeaux

September 2006: opening in Qatar
 

Development objectives for 2006:

In 2006, Bert's Café Contemporain are planning on signing 10 new franchise contracts in France and worldwide.

Bert's also continue their own development with 4 more fully-owned business openings planned for 2006.
