February 6, 2006 – Camille’s Sidewalk Café, with sites in
Fayetteville and Bentonville, have been recognized by Governor Mike Huckabee and his
Healthy Arkansas Initiative, by earning the only Healthy Arkansas Restaurant Gold
Award in Northwest Arkansas.
Governor Huckabee recognizes restaurants that provide customers with healthy
alternatives allowing Arkansans the ability to make health conscience decisions when
eating away from home. Huckabee states the key to living a healthier life is not to go on
a diet, as much as it is, “changing a bad lifestyle.”
The Healthy Arkansas Restaurant Gold Awards are given to those restaurants that offer,
as part of their menu, healthy choices which meet a number of high standards in safety
and nutrition, as well as, nutritional information for their menu items and smoke free

Bob Shoulders, licensed Camille’s franchisee in Northwest Arkansas, believes by
