Hello Mister Van Deuren, when did you first hear about Cash Converters?
I worked for 16 years for the Mars group, but I always wanted to create my own company. That’s when I saw an ad for Cash Converters and I thought their concept was pretty interesting, and even more so since I already was a consignment stores customer.

How can one become a Cash Converters franchisee?
Once my decision was made, I spent three months in their training center, which allowed me to get to know their industry concretely, to learn management, purchasing and sales but also human relations management.

What kind of relations do you have with your network management?
Management executives have always been there to give me advice and help me whenever necessary, like for an important meeting with the bank or to look for a location. I would say that our relations are healthy, transparent and serious, in one word: entrepreneurial, if I may say so.
