Century 21 Real Estate LLC Announces 2006 National Scholarship Award Recipients

The CENTURY 21® System’s commitment to education extends much further than its award winning real estate learning platform. For the third consecutive year, Century 21 Real Estate LLC, in conjunction with its parent company, Cendant Corporation, held its national scholarship awards program, granting three deserving young people each a $10,000 educational scholarship.

The CENTURY 21 System recently named Jacquelyn Marie Silva of Brockton, Mass., Aubrey St. Clair of Bend, Ore., and Chloe Tutor of Temple, Texas, as the recipients of its 2006 scholarship awards. Century 21 Real Estate LLC honored the trio during its annual international business conference held this year in Las Vegas.

“Each and everyday, CENTURY 21 real estate professionals help people realize the dream of homeownership,” said Tom Kunz, president and CEO, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “With our national scholarship program, we are proud to help these talented individuals realize the dream of obtaining a college education.”

The national scholarship awards program is open to children, grandchildren and legal wards of CENTURY 21 System professionals (non-broker/owners) nationwide. Applicants are judged on the basis of academic excellence, community service and financial need. This year’s winners were true standouts in a competitive field of high performing applicants.

Jacquelyn Marie Silva
A senior at Brockton High School in Brockton, Mass., Silva plans to study medicine at Brown University in Providence, R.I. Silva is the daughter of Catherine Silva, sales associate with CENTURY 21 American Realty in Brockton.

Aubrey St. Clair
St. Clair attends Bend Senior High School in Bend, Ore., and plans to study journalism and/or special education at Carroll College in Helena, Mont., this fall. St. Clair is the granddaughter of Ann Ford, broker associate with CENTURY 21 Heritage Realty in Helena.

Chloe Tutor
Tutor, a senior at Belton High School in Belton, Texas aspires to study business management at Texas A& M University in College Station, Texas. Tutor is the granddaughter of Ellen Tutor, sales associate with CENTURY 21 Summit located in Round Rock, Texas.
