(AFCE | charts | news | Powerrating), reported net income for fiscal year of $149.6 million or $5.14 per share, including the $158 million after-tax gain recognized from the sale of its Church's Chicken brand, when compared to $24.6 million or $0.87 per share prior year. The company posted 2005 loss before discontinued operations and accounting change of $8.4 million, compared to a loss of $14.3 million in 2004. The company noted that its total revenue for fiscal 2005 has decreased 12.5% to $143.4 million from last year. The company noted that its total domestic same-store sales increased 6.9% for the fourth quarter and 3.3% for 2005.
