Citron Vert Interview
December 10th, 2005An interview of Ladislas Koch, President of Citron Vert < Western Europe, Central Europe, Eastern Europe > Interviewer : Marie Da Silva Interviewees : Ladislas Koch (President) Tell us about your company today. What are your development perspectives?
As you know, we have changed entirely our communication this year and our new image has made it possible for us to differentiate from our competitors and to revitalize our company. Our franchisees have approved the change. I am in favour of a regular growth rather than an excessive one. Our goal is to offer total satisfaction to our franchisees. When one develops, one should not forget what already exists. I think that in our sector, reasonable objectives are necessary. This is my strategy and it is a long-term one. What is the added value of your concept? Our goal is to reach potential clients who do not go the beauty institutes. The objective is to attract clients by bringing an image that is young, dynamic and fresh. Our strategy of diversification is very important in comparison with the competitors. It must be remembered that in 1999, we were the first ones to integrate the notion of beauty institutes from the new generation, especially by proposing numerous offers. We have changed our names this year to integrate our own personal style. Tell us about the profile of the ideal candidate We are interested in men or women who want to start one or more institutes, who will get involved in every step. This is not a business that can be managed in an office. It is necessary to go on the field. We think that women are excellent managers. |
