To begin with, could you summarize your career so far?
I was a commercial executive at France Telecom Cable, and, after eight years, I was dismissed. I then decided to start again, and I worked for two years as a farmer in my native area in the south-west of France, with the dream of creating my own company if the opportunity would arise.

How did the idea of creating Go-Micro come to you?
I had been a salesman for Tandy in the 80s and became familiar with computers. I had the idea of offering a dedicated technical support to the general public and also to companies.
I wanted to find the answer for two key-questions: what to sell and how to sell it. At the end of one year, I had found all the answers and I created the first Go-Micro agency, with only 3.000 French francs (450 euros) of savings!

Tell us more about GO-Micro?
We are an intermediary between the hardware seller and the customer, without mixing the sales and the service, which is very important to us. If a client needs a repair or some advice, we provide him/her with two ieces of advice free of charge and we then follow up. We only bill the complete installation. The customers buy the equipment and we are in charge of the installation and the maintenance.
