January 23rd, 2006Interview with Frédéric Liotard < International > Interviewer : Rodolphe Hatchadourian Interviewees : Frédéric Liotard (Founding CEO) Prospactive was created in 1995; their activity is to give small businesses (5 to 100 employees) a complete service package allowing them to gain customers. The company is currently growing and has already opened 40 locations in France. Can you briefly present Prospactive?
We are a network specialized in small businesses’ enterprise development, and we are developing via franchisees, who for the most part are former marketing managers willing to manage their own company. Their role is to help small businesses to set up a specific marketing activity production. Hence we created a collaborative platform in order to get every person involved in an online file communicating with one another. What is your local and worldwide development strategy? We would like to reach the number of 50 franchisees as soon as the first quarter of 2006, in order to get about a hundred in 2008. Worldwide, we’re looking to develop in bordering countries and in Northern Africa as well, as a master franchise. Your capital has recently evolved. How so, and what consequences will that have? We organized a fund raising in 2004, which made our capital increased to 252,200 euros. Two shareholders joined us, getting 15% each: the IDEB (Bourgogne Economic Development Institute) and Wikane. The trust granted by these two structures allowed us to be on solid financial grounds to anticipate the future with serenity. |
