RE/MAX Malta held a business and franchise development meeting for RE/MAX Europe at the Westin Dragonara Resort last month.

The first meeting organised by RE/MAX Europe consisted of a full day seminar for franchise sales consultants working in the Mediterranean regions. The second day of the seminar was dedicated to franchise owners and managers of RE/MAX offices in Malta and other Mediterranean countries.

RE/MAX Europe officials Charles Lemire, Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director; Volker Weissenberger, Director of Franchise Development; Donald Bentley, Director of Business Development as well Sabine Hacker, Marketing Manager were all present, providing their various input according to their fields of expertise.

RE/MAX also held a “60 minutes with RE/MAX”, an open-to-all event for real estate consultants already in the business and persons aspiring to become property consultants and interested in learning more about RE/MAX. This educational and light event gave participants a glimpse of the business philosophy behind RE/MAX’s success as well as an insight to employment opportunities.

The key speaker was Charles (Chuck) Lemire Jr, chief operating officer and managing director of RE/MAX Europe. Mr Lemire is an 11-year veteran of the RE/MAX system. An accomplished executive in the area of franchise sales and business development, Lemire’s focus is on the growth and quality of service of RE/MAX in Europe. He is responsible for 54 regions in 36 European countries. Lemire has a 20-year proven track record in the real estate industry. His experience and leadership are a valuable resource to RE/MAX Europe’s regional owners as well as franchisees and agents.
