Leading Fitness Chain Appoints New Chief Financial Officer and Director of Real Estate Development and Research.

Colts Neck, New Jersey (November 25, 2008) – Retrofitness, a unique 1980’s-themed gym chain, is pumping up its executive team as Eric Casaburi, founder and CEO, announced today the hire of two key executives, Robert Sprechman and Richard Roser. Both have been brought on to lead the company’s strategic growth initiatives for 2009 and beyond.

Sprechman will serve as the company’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning including accounting, payroll, and human resources reporting to Casaburi.



Formerly CFO of New York-based Noamex, Inc., one of the largest wholesalers of used clothing worldwide, Sprechman brings a wealth of experience to his new position that includes roles as the CFO for Dynamic Changes Hypnosis Centers and controller for HFS Reality Associates, LLC. He began his career at Gikow, Bierman and Talesnick as a staff auditor.

Roser joins the company as the new Director of Real Estate Research and Development, responsible for identifying new target locations, demographics research, and site exploration. He is the direct liaison between the corporate staff and brokers.



Roser, former Real Estate Research Manager of Linens and Things, a national home furnishing company, also brings an extensive background to Retrofitness.
