The general drop-off trend has been confirmed for 6 years in a row. 2005 has been especially hard with a general decrease of 4.5%. The new constructions industry has been hit pretty hard (-6.1%), public investments in civil engineering industry have sharply decreased. In 2006, only the public works department should grow again (1.8%), while real estate should decrease again (about 4%).
