2Amath is a company which provides training in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry from the age of 10 to the end of schooling within 59 private establishments on 4 continents. These courses are given all the time either in the form of training courses during the holidays, or weekly courses during the school periods. 2Amath suggests a more personalised program for children with school difficulties or for stronger pupils who hope to improve their grades. 2Amath’s method is adaptable to the rhythm, the difficulties and the ambitions of each student. This is the strength of our training. The children are in our main concern.

1989: creation of 2Amath in Reims (France)
With 16 years of experience, 2Amath has shared its know-how with other partners and in 2004 was nominated with the hopes of the franchise in Paris. In 18 months, 16 franchised joined us. We currently have centers in Canada, Morocco, France and The French Caribbean, Reunion Island and New Caledonia.

We develop a standard teaching program adapted to the national curriculum of each country. This teaching approach has shown its effectiveness. The teachers see their intervention optimized within this teaching framework defined by 2Amath.

Initial training: organisation of your center, staff coaching, commercial techniques, local management marketing, administrative and financial management.
Training center: 3 weeks in Nantes (France) or Montreal (Canada) then one week on the job training in 2Amath center.
One week with the regional support manager during the first month of opening.
Regional support manager provides on-going: adapted to the teaching and commercial evolutions and needs.
Meeting numbers: 2 national or regional 1 international meeting per year

For our franchise network we are looking for a contractor who has natural communication skills, a great listener and who is accustomed to managing a team of 4 to 5 people. Ideally the candidate has experience in education.
