Boston's The Gourmet Pizza offers the best of both worlds -- a ground-floor opportunity and a 40+ year old successful concept. We provide seasoned management and financial resources to support growth. In the early stages of expansion in the U.S., growth has been dynamic. But even with the number of new units doubling in the past two years, Boston's remains a unique opportunity that cannot be ignored
Prime markets are still available for entrepreneurs with financial capability, business experience, and willingness to lead a restaurant team.
A Boston's franchise offers a solid system, the best development and operating support and demonstrated long-term profit potential.

With over 41 years of experience, we have developed a unique and popular casual dining and sports bar concept. The Boston's concept offers what many restaurants don't - two experiences under one roof - a casual dining restaurant and a sport-themed bar. Boston's sports bars feature a sports themed atmosphere ... vibrant, upscale and fun with sports memorabilia, multiple flat-screen TV's and games in a contemporary energized setting. As sports trends change and grow, we are continuously updating the bars' atmosphere; highlighting popular new sports teams and displaying newly acquired sports memorabilia.
Boston's the Gourmet Pizza is much more than just a place for great pizza. By offering two concepts under one roof, Boston's offers an atmosphere that is great for catching a game on the TV, or accommodating the whole family or a team that's looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to have a drink and socialize after the game. Plus! Boston's stays open later than other restaurants -- offering our full menu until close. And great pizza is just the start of our menu ... on top of our 25 gourmet pizzas, Boston's offers 13 gourmet pasta creations, scrumtious baby-back ribs that fall off the bone, chicken wings, entree salads and lots more. Plus Boston's features one of the largest and most appealing kid's menus in the category... making us a natural destination for families at dinner and on weekends.
Expansion into new markets has necessitated a different approach to franchise development. In the United States, new store growth has primarily grown on a multi-unit basis. As a corporation, our focus is both on developing new restaurants and new operators -- while also putting a strong focus on building same store sales and profitability for our existing operators. As potential new franchisees learn more about Boston's and about our support team, the care and expertise assembled become self evident.
With 40+ years of success, we have developed a unique and proven casual dining and sports bar concept. We invite you to learn more about us.

Operations & Training
Training is the cornerstone of every Boston's the Gourmet Pizza franchise. Owners and managers undergo a seven-week training program at one of our fully operational corporate training restaurants in North America. Each franchisee then completes an intensive 10-day Business Management Program at our corporate headquarters.
The Operations team is staffed with seasoned industry experts who help franchisees and their teams understand the critical success factors of our system, including Boston's standards and practices, guest service and prime cost control.
Our industry experience has proven that the best way to achieve this objective is to establish a highly qualified team of experts who can provide the services, advice and expertise our franchisees need to build and operate their restaurant.
To ensure the future strength of the company BPR has developed a rigorous, systematic, approach to franchisee selection. A potential franchisee has to go through a series of interviews that involve senior people in each of the functional areas as well as a series of financial and background checks. The objective is to achieve a good fit between potential candidates and the requirements of running a Boston's The Gourmet Pizza franchise.
The corporate team takes a "hands-on" approach by selecting the right market and site, and ensuring purchasing, cost control, staff training, restaurant design and decor, menu selection and marketing initiatives are in place.
