Camille's Sidewalk Cafe celebrates its 10th anniversary during 2006, and has quickly become a leader in the fast-casual restaurant segment. The concept operates five day parts--breakfast, lunch, afternoon chill, dinner, and catering. The cafe's sunny interior evokes an outdoor "sidewalk cafe" dining feel. Superior food photography sets off the menu, whetting one's appetite for the star of the show--the food. Known for their gourmet wraps and sandwiches, Camille's also offers fresh salads, fruit smoothies and Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, and a wide variety of desserts and baked goods, with a full coffee bar. Two of Camille's signature items are the Creamy Tuscan Tomato soup, served daily, and it's very own signature salsa.
The Camille's Sidewalk Cafe concept offers their patrons great food, better service, and an atmosphere where one can eat, relax, and enjoy. Camille's is a great fit for upscale lifestyle centers and metropolitan retail centers or office parks. The store footprint is approximately 1500 to 3000 square feet, with seating for 65 - 120 guests.

The Camille's Story begins in Tulsa, Oklahoma at Woodland Hills Mall in 1995. Camille and David Rutkauskas were strolling through the mall one busy day and began thinking of a new concept...fresh food at the shopping mall. Among the throngs of hamburger and hot dog stands, pizza joints, and other greasy fast food offerings, Camille & David envisioned a cafe inside the mall that would be located away from the food court, away from their competitors. They decided to build a beautiful, and inviting oasis-a sidewalk cafe serving freshly made salads, gourmet wraps and sandwiches, fruit smoothies, desserts and coffees. Instead of having only greasy food choices, the public could now make healthier, tastier choices with more inspired offerings. Their vision would become known as Camille's Sidewalk Cafe. The first Camille's Sidewalk Cafe would open just 9 months from that day, and would be a novel addition to the tired choices in the fast food and quick casual restaurant segments.
Today, just ten years later, Camille's Sidewalk Cafe operates in 80 locations in 35 states. Camille and David have expanded their offerings to include Corporate Catering and a new expanded Breakfast Menu. With over 800 territories in development in the US Camille's Sidewalk Cafe continues to grow and provide their market with a fresh alternative to fast food, in an atmosphere where you can...Eat, Relax, and Enjoy§
