Electrical goods, jewellery, domestic items, and musical instruments:- these are just some of the wide range of products that you can expect to find when you enter our doors. The goods on our shelves are constantly changing. Our product profile is never the same on any two days and many of our customers visit us on multiple occasions during the week to snap up the latest bargains.


People normally buy a franchise to obtain the experience and knowledge the successful franchisor has acquired and to enjoy high quality management helping them to maximise their potential. We pride ourselves on the quality and quantity of our support staff. As one of our franchisees remarked "they could not be more helpful and understanding".
The support is apparent from the first meeting with the company and moves onto a highly developed training program for the franchisee. Throughout the year we also run over 50 courses that are available for all franchisees and their staff to help polish their skills. The courses range from buying procedures, valuations, management, accounts, sales, cheque cashing, motivation and leadership to many other valuable classes.
Regional seminars are held several times a year and all franchisees are requested to attend and share information and ideas with each other and the franchisor. The franchisees gain help from their neighbouring stores, particularly the new members being supported by the more experienced branches.
Volunteer franchisees form a 'Franchise Advisory Council' committee with the franchisor and senior management in order to explore ways of maximising performance. This group meet several times a year to update themselves on current issues.
There has been major investment in new technology for the business. We have developed systems including EPOS, to cover all aspects of CASH GENERATOR business and these are being constantly updated and improved.


Our franchise partners have come from many different backgrounds. The majority have had no retail experience but have satisfied us that they have the drive and energy to succeed.
