For nearly two decades, Crestcom Franchisees have marketed and delivered training in the areas of sales, recruiting, customer service and particularly management skills development. Franchisees are supported in this training by video-based instruction from Crestcom’s Video Faculty, which includes some of the finest management and sales authorities of our time, including: Lisa Ford, Amanda Gore, Dr. Jim Hennig, John Hersey, Tom Hopkins, Bob Johnson, Harvey Mackay, Dr. Terry Paulson, Bob Pike, Nido Qubein, Marcia Steele, John Tickell, M.D., George Walther and Zig Ziglar. Crestcom’s flagship Bullet Proof® Manager training is the program that has made Crestcom famous in many management circles, worldwide.
Bullet Proof® Manager training is designed to enhance the management and leadership skills of executives, managers and supervisors. The training was developed through information gleaned from surveys of thousands of executives in dozens of countries. Crestcom training includes a set of core competencies that managers need in every country and every organization.
Each Bullet Proof® Manager training session concentrates on 2 different managerial skills per month, for 12 months. Each monthly session lasts approximately four hours. At the end of 12 months, participating managers will have taken part in 48 hours of classroom activity.


Initial Training Program
Crestcom Franchisees receive eight days of Initial Training prior to starting their business. Crestcom is unique in that it allows potential Franchisees to participate in this Initial Training Program before deciding whether to acquire a Franchise.
Crestcom’s Franchisee Training provides potential Franchisees an opportunity to learn whether Crestcom is the right business for them. Similarly, it provides Crestcom with an opportunity to evaluate whether the candidate has the skills and ability to successfully operate a Crestcom business.


The age of those who have started a Crestcom business has ranged from the mid-twenties to the early sixties. Successful Crestcom Franchisees generally possess the following qualities.
