TYPICAL STORE PROFILE
· Descamps stores are preferably located in town centres or top of the range shopping malls. Points of sales must be qualified zone A
· We target regional towns, with minimum population 100 000 citizens
· The optimum sales are is 70 – 90 m². Big shopping window is necessary
· For best lanagement and balanced distribution Descamps grants “regional” exclusivity for its stores.


To assure you the best performance as soon as your store opens and throughout our partnership, we propose personal training sessions:
Prior to store opening – in a headquarter : Descamps operations and presentations from key interlocutors, awareness- raising to the Descamps concept, presentation of the collections and training in product techniques, presentations of annual sales and marketing events, training in merchandising, IT inventory management, ntraining in sales technique and in staff management
Practical training in on of the stores
On store opening – a member of Descamps team will come to you and support you in the initial stages, by providing in –site assistance for initial purchase orders and IT entries, set-up of merchandising, shop window displays, advertisng etc
Continuing training – Training is available free of charge at our headquarters (excluding of accommodation and travel expenses), on regular basis.
We support our franchises with a co financing of promotional offers and a publicity participation (% of a turnover) and yearly bonus (% of yearly turnover) if sale goals achieved.


We are looking for investors who have:
· Well developed retail culture
· First experience or good awareness in a upper – market environment.
