Dona Vaniri has its origin in 1998 as franchise of bakery – pastries - cafe and in 2002 it begins its national expansion. Nowadays it has 30 shops in different places of Spain.

Dona Vaniri arises as a different concept of business which was thought and designed by INGAPAN S.L. It´s a Galician (Galicia is located in the northwest of Spain) managerial group with experience in the sector of bakery, pastries and café for four decades.

In 1998 the firm takes up the challenge to expand this business as franchises with two different proposals : Dona Vaniri as point of sale and Dona Vaniri as point of sale and cafe.

Ingapan manufactures the 80 % of the products that are marketed in the shops guaranteing an availability of constant stock, prices without competition and the quality of its products.

The managers of the firm believe that this system of franchise is the best choice for people and investors with purpose of managerial independence that want to be owners of their businesses minimizing the typical risks.

One of the most important efforts of our firm is the vocational training of our franchisees and their staff.

Our programme of vocational training that includes the know-how and the essential information about the firm is taught by the school of vocational training of Ingapan and then qualified people help them during the opening and when it is necessary.

It isn´t necessary to have experience in the sector becouse Dona Vaniri trains its franchisees and the staff of the shops before opening the business and before it with monthly visits to be always at present.
