EmbroidMe, Inc., a privately owned company, is the world’s largest embroidery franchise with over 250 retail outlets in 4 countries. Since we began franchising in 2000, we have become the world leader in the full-service, embroidery and promotional products industry.

EmbroidMe is headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. Presently we have over 60 employees in headquarters and regional offices throughout Canada, Australia and the United States.

Since we began in 2000, EmbroidMe has had meteoric growth. Our vision is to double our size every 6 years by continuing to add domestic locations in pivotal spots throughout the U.S. as well as positioning ourselves strategically throughout the world as the global leader in the embroidery and promotional products industry.


1974: EmbroidMe founder Ray Titus begins his franchising career with Minuteman Press, a family-owned printing franchise that is now more than 800 outlets strong.

1986: Ray Titus opens the World’s first SIGN-A-RAMA store.

1987: SIGN-A-RAMA offers its first franchise. Today it is the world’s largest sign franchise.

2000:
- Based on his previous franchising success, Ray Titus opens the first EmbroidMe store.
- EmbroidMe offers its first franchise.

2002
- EmbroidMe opens its 50 th store.
- EmbroidMe opens its first store outside the continental United States.

2003: EmbroidMe opens its 100 th store.

2004
- EmbroidMe opens its 150 th store.
- EmbroidMe starts franchising in Australia.


EmbroidMe helped pioneer the concept of a full-service retailer for customized apparel from headtotoe as well as customized specialty items from A to Z.

EmbroidMe in-store personnel are pros at helping you create the top-quality look and feel you want, and we’re not exaggerating when we say EmbroidMe can embroider almost anything.

You can bring your own logo or design, or take advantage of EmbroidMe’s in-house art and logo department. Either way, there’s no such thing as a ‘minimum order’. And thanks to our network of stores throughout the continent, we can handle all production needs in-house, saving you time and money.


Training: Pack your bags for two weeks of classroom training at our West Palm Beach headquarters (including airfare, lodging, ground transportation and lunches.) Our EmbroidMe Training instructors will teach you about every facet of operating a successful business, from bookkeeping to marketing strategies and business management. You’ll learn to work with the state-of-the-art computer technology and embroidery equipment you’ll have in your store. And you’ll get a chance to network and build relationships with other EmbroidMe franchisees.

In-store set-up and instruction: After your classroom training, EmbroidMe will bring on-the-job technical and marketing assistance to you. One of our experienced field representatives will travel to your store to help you set up your systems and equipment – and to ensure you’re fully comfortable with using them.

Personalized marketing assistance: Once you’re ready for business, one of our professional marketing representatives will travel to your store to teach you how to promote your business and attract customers. We’ll also provide promotional materials to help introduce your store and give it immediate visibility.

An ongoing support system: Although you’ll be an independent owner and operator, you’re never alone as an EmbroidMe franchisee. Advice and support are always just a phone call or mouse click away thanks to our toll-free support number and web site. Additionally, we’ll be sending you a quarterly newsletter that includes news of industry trends, helpful advice on merchandising and marketing and updates on new products you can offer to your customers.

Invitations to our Annual Owners’ Conference: Smart business owners never stop learning, which is why EmbroidMe holds an informative annual conference. Although we can’t pay your travel expenses, we can promise you a productive experience that will include the chance to fine-tune your marketing and operational skills, learn from other successful franchisees, and meet and interface with key vendors, manufacturers and distributors.
