"Leading instead of following!"
This mission statement has made Engel&Völkers one of the world's market leaders in real estate brokerage, specialising in the marketing of high-end real estate in top locations. Based on this success, the company has developed into an internationally operative licenser for high-end real estate. To effectively meet the challenges of globalised markets, Engel&Völkers has developed a unique licensing concept that ensures its current and future partners to get a good return on their investments. Today, our licence partners throughout the world are able to profit from this success offered by the constantly growing network of Engel&Völkers. Our aim is also to tap into new international markets in cooperation with strong partners, increase our market shares and consolidate our leading market position.
The increasingly dynamic development of the markets calls for specialisation and sound expertise. Engel & Völkers recognised the signs of the times early on and established its own academy in 1996 to provide a sound professional education to all company employees.
During a six-day basic training course our new employees get to know the innovative Engel & Völkers marketing system in a three-step programme. Among other things, the course subjects comprise questions of corporate identity and software seminars for the specially developed program “Global Office” as well as practice-oriented sales seminars. The training takes place regularly in the seminar room of the DJZ (German-Japanese Centre) at the Stadthausbrücke in Hamburg. Local seminars in the respective countries can be organized with a minimum of 6 participants.
