Whether we are dealing with a small company or an multinational, ERA's cost reduction service covers the following key steps: analysis of the client's existing situation, review and optimisation of the client's specifications, consultation and negotiation with selected suppliers and implementation of our approved recommendations. Our permanent contact with the markets we cover - printing, cleaning, office supplies, fleet management, telecommunications and many others - gives us a unique ability to benchmark price levels. Training begins with the new franchisee receiving ERA's Operation Manuals, several weeks prior to the initial two week induction training. A 6 month coachong period follows, under the supervision of an experienced consultant. The 6 month start-up plan prepared by the new franchisee is reviewed monthly, with corrective actions defined if necessary. The coaching phase includes accompagning the new franchisee on initial prospect meetings and close supervision of the initial cost reduction projects undertaken. Ongoing training, in the form of regular seminars, is provided by ERA, with ongoing support provided by our network of Regional Developers (see franchise opportunities below).


ERA Consultant Licence
An ERA consultant can come from many different backgrounds but must be an effective communicator at management level. A strong work ethic and a highly professional approach are key requirements. Investment: 50K € plus working capital.

ERA Regional Development Licence
There are a number of Regional Development (RD) licences available internationally. The RD both builds his ERA consultancy business and develops and provides support to a regional team of consultants. The additional investment is 100K € to 150K € depending on the region. Expected pay back of 12 to 18 months.
