- We use custom-seasoned 100% chicken breast – not manufactured, flaked or formed products.

Training:
Figaro's utilizes select stores around the nation for new franchisee training. Each new franchisee and/or units manager will be required to attend a training program for a minimum of 2 weeks. This comprehensive program combines both classroom instruction and on-the-job training. It covers basic principles of management, scheduling, food preparation, customer service, sanitation and other necessary details vital to the success of your operation. (Note: Your initial franchise fee includes the cost to train up to three people from your team, but you, however, are responsible for all transportation and accommodation costs.)
The launch of a new store is one of the most exciting times for us, so we’ll be with you throughout your first days of operation. Thereafter, we’ll be available to assist you with any questions or concerns that you might have regarding your operations. Plus, we’ll schedule regular Regional Business Cunsultant (RBC) visits to your store.
