Communication and Education
JAYMAK maintains an ongoing commitment to effective information dissemination to our customers. Through consultation with Council Environmental Health inspectors, Food Standards Australia & New Zealand (FSANZ) and other authorities in regards to Food Standards, Food Safety Plans and HACCP plans, we have a working understanding of health related issues.
Our company policy is to constantly update our customers and address any new issues immediately as they arise.
Information on microbial contamination, health issues associated with mould and bacteria around refrigerated areas is communicated through our Information page. Mission Statement
The mission of JAYMAK is to improve the health standards of an establishment and subsequently the health of individuals. This is achieved by developing and implementing programs for cleaning and maintaining hygienic conditions through controlling microbial contamination in and around refrigerated food and beverage areas.

Service:
JAYMAK has set the standard in quality and performance in coolroom repair, control of mould & bacteria contamination and Forced Draft Cooler (FDC) fan unit cleaning & treatment. With a building's environment changing constantly, a healthy building and it's associated food and beverage refrigerated areas cannot be guaranteed forever, but an ongoing proactive approach to the problem will ensure the establishment’s environment meets State, National and International health standards.
Our cleaning and treating procedures, operating system and on site practices have been assessed by SAI Global Limited to conform to the requirements defined in the International Organisation for Standardisation and Australian Standards ISO/AS 22000-2005 “Food Safety Management Systems”.
