Every Johnny Rockets restaurant boasts great-tasting food from a menu of all-American favorites including juicy hamburgers, hand-dipped shakes and malts and freshly-baked apple pie. Guests also enjoy an all-American diner look and feel, servers who know the secret behind getting ketchup out of the bottle, tabletop jukeboxes that belt out tunes for a nickel and authentic décor.
Johnny Rockets operates in 29 states, seven countries, six cruise ships and seven casinos. Our restaurants are approximately two-thirds franchise operated and one-third corporate operated. Johnny Rockets is a vibrant and growing brand, which is adding at least 25 new locations per year.

Johnny Rockets was founded on the belief that everyone deserves a place where they can escape today's complicated world and experience the food, fun and friendliness reminiscent of feel-good Americana. On June 6, 1986, the first Johnny Rockets opened on trendy Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles, offering its Guests fast, friendly service, a simple menu, great food and fun.


Menu Specialties:
- Fresh, hand-pressed hamburgers

- Two managers must attend the full training program for five continuous weeks at a Johnny Rockets certified training restaurant. Training restaurants are located throughout the country to help control the quality of training and to keep down travel expenses incurred by the franchisee. This program is designed to provide you with an understanding of the administrative and technical aspects of running your Johnny Rockets Franchise. Costs of the training program are included in your Franchise fee; however, all travel and lodging costs will be at the Franchisee's expense. Additionally, we offer an "Executive" version of our training program for owner level persons who want a first-hand look at our operation. This Executive version is in addition to the required full program and is designed as an introduction to Johnny Rockets only.
- Johnny Rockets will assist in the grand opening of your restaurant, which is designed to build your customer base quickly. In addition to your full training program, Johnny Rockets will send trained representatives to work with you at your restaurant for a period of ten working days.
- As a Johnny Rockets Franchisee, you will receive periodic scheduled visits from a trained Johnny Rockets representative to provide experienced guidance and answer any questions you may have. You will also receive the Johnny Rockets confidential operations manuals, which cover policies and procedures involved in running your Johnny Rockets Franchise. Our "Service Check" guest feedback program and real time "SMG" guest satisfaction systems are included in your royalty payments, as well. An outline of these programs is available upon request.


- You and/or a business partner(s) must have at least five years restaurant owner/operator experience.
- You and/or a business partner(s) must live in the market to be developed.
