KA INTERNATIONAL was founded in 1984 when it opened its first shop in Madrid. Since this date, its growth has been exceptional. Due to its enormous success, the development of KA has not stopped since, creating a truly global business by the end of the 90's. This success is based on an innovative concept: a range of cutting-edge products and very good value for money.
KA International has developed a tried-and-tested franchise concept, which has proved to be adaptable to very diverse markets. Our traditional shops combine a wide range of products with a very attractive price-quality ratio, in a highly successful merchandising format.
On signing the Franchise Contract, and prior to opening your store, franchisees must complete the in-depth 2-3 week training program provided at our Head Office in Madrid. Training is free of charge, two weeks in length, and will cover product information, methodology and systems, and conducted in which ever language preferred. Hotel accommodation & flights must be covered by the franchisee. ( Week 3 may be held at KA company store in the franchisees native country ).
KA offer an integrated training program. Subjects and timings are based on individual progress each day, and franchisees must complete & pass the whole training program in order to be an accredited KA International franchisee.
OBJECTIVES: To acquire appropriate knowledge and understanding of the company’s philosophy, the exclusivity of our products and the integral administration of a KA store.
We are looking for investors who have:
1.- Clear BUSINESS VISION and a willingness to manage their KA International business, professionally and enthusiastically.
2.- RETAIL CULTURE especially with the capacity to manage a shop effectively, to motivate a sales team and to advertise their outlet locally.
3.- The ability to become INTERIOR DECORATION EXPERTS, able to advise and guide customers through their home decoration projects.
