After a 12 year experience in the field of “Bakery/Pastry”, Stephane Grassi elaborated the concept of Moulin des Douceurs. The meeting with Laurent Noharet, a Bakery/Pastry artisan from the South-East of France (Sausset-les-Pins), accelerates the set up of the project, due to his technical contribution and his 10 years specific experience in this field.
This combination made with rigour, innovation, dynamism and especially passion for their activity determined these two men to launch the brand Le MOULIN DES DOUCEURS trough a partnership with the franchise system.


Le Moulin des Douceurs develops the concept of French Bakery/Pastry known and recognized on all continents. The quality of the products (traceability, freshness, preparation on the spot), the top-class services (recyclable bags, personalized advice, simple and clear information, restaurant room and take-away services) are simple principles on which the development of the brand is based.
The quality of the products: we select the raw material such as: flour of French tradition, fresh butter AOC of Charentes, polyphosphate free ham, chocolate (100% cocoa butter), red sugar, Darjeeling tea, garden/country salads and tomatoes…in order to guarantee extreme quality for all our products.


Selection of sites, market analysis, negotiation of the lease and help for the formalization of the status, financial advice, ( a consultant will follow you all along your way), one-month training of the franchisee and his personnel/staff inside the pilot store, assistance for recruitment and for the training of the personnel before the opening, team support at the opening (a trainer for products and a trainer for sale/management), continuous supervision of the operations (intranet network), access to manuals of exploitation and management accountant for the operations, access to the catalogue of products, negotiation of the supplies ( with “ free option”), promotion and put on the market programs, research and development of new products.
