Miracle has been a leader in production-line techniques for automobile repairs and refinishing. Miracle has also been an industry leader in the formulation of paints suited to production auto painters. Miracle also lead the way in getting the lead out of automobile paints.

Miracle markets mid-level collision repairs, good, better, best complete refinishing services to meet the needs and budget of the consumer, and fleet services that eliminate much of the downtime fleet owners can ill afford.

Miracle's training program is tailored to each franchise candidate. Training is in three segments. First, the franchisee is exposed to Miracle's proven business philosophy including sales training and product knowledge. Second, the franchisee is given the necessary tools to produce meaningful financial reports for efficient shop operations. Third, the franchisee is given on-site training in hiring and crew orientation.

Miracle looks for franchise candidates who have some experience or affinity with automobiles and/or the automotive aftermarket. Automotive aftermarket sales is a plus as is experience supervising a crew.
