Nacex is an urgent transport company for packages and documentation, with more than ten year's experience in the Spanish courier industry.
Since 2002, we form part of GRUPO LOGISTA, the leading integral logistics operator in Spain, France, Italy and Portugal, and one of the main operators in Europe.

Our aim is to offer more, top-quality services. Our philosophy is that quality must reign above all else. We believe that customer satisfaction is a value in itself.

1995 : We began our activities in the courier sector, with 110 franchises and 8 connecting platforms.

1998 : Thanks to integrating the most advanced Information Technology tools and Communication Systems into our processes, we are now the third-largest courier company in Spain

• ISO 9002 Quality Certification granted for all franchises.

1999 : The Prat platform in Barcelona is automated with a classification system and capacity for 7,200 packages/hour.

2000 : The URGENT 7:00pm service becomes operative.

2001 : EURONACEX door-to-door land service for packages and documentation begins with Europe.

• Inauguration of the Coslada platform in Madrid, with a classification capacity of 10,800 packages/hour and 5,000 envelopes/hour.

2002 : Nacex becomes a part of the Grupo LOGISTA

• Automation of platforms in Bailén and Valencia, each with a capacity for 5,000 packages/hour.

2003 : Inauguration of platforms in Vitoria, Valencia and l'Hospitalet.

• Automation of platforms in Seville and Barcelona with a GPS fleet management system that tracks the vehicles and delivery slips in real time via Internet.

• Introduction of a multilingual platform called NACEX GC to manage, provide information on and track customer shipments.


2004 : Inauguration of the l'Hospitalet platform, with a classification capacity of 10,800 packages/hour

• Inauguration of more platforms in Murcia and Lisbon

• Urgent 7:00pm service begins in Portugal

• e-alerta and pre-alerta services begin functioning

A technological focus with a security guarantee. Our sophisticated communication system, which is leading the way in the industry, has the following features :

• Controls all shipments from pick-up to delivery
• Computer tracks the shipments through a barcode system
• Detects incidences and minimises errors with a pre-alert notifying when the shipment is to arrive
• Registers the characteristics of the shipments (weight, measurements), as well as improving traceability and shipment classification times
• Verifies all of the processes
• Controls the shipments through video surveillance in the platforms
• Checks the delivery data and digitally visualises it through the Internet
• Customers can use the NACEX GC Management System, which is a multilingual platform that manages, provides information for and tracks the shipments as well as visualising the delivery data and statistically controlling the shipments.
• Information confirming the delivery via email or SMS.
• Digital delivery slips, with their optional delivery on a CD.
