Postal Connections is a network of franchise stores serving people with packaging, shipping, mail receiving, fax sending or receiving, duplicating, notary, online access, eBay auction support, packing and office supplies as well as numerous other services. We connect people to the rest of the world with the products we sell. We compete by adding personalized customer service to each transaction and offering alternatives in prices and shipping companies.
Postal Connections stores follow a business model, developed in the 1980’s, created to deliver postal and shipping services conveniently without long lines. This concept has spread worldwide driven by modern transportation, technology and the expansion of small office/home office (SOHO) businesses. Additionally, the growing numbers of working households, where time is limited and convenience is valuable, have become loyal and frequent customers.

Postal Connections began in 1985 as a company that built and furnished postal, packing and shipping stores for independent operators. In 1996, The Company began franchising our concept offering to franchisees a support system for daily operations, marketing and preferred vendors.
In 2002, the current management team joined Postal Connections. Today, C. “Andy” Thompson is Executive Officer and Fred Morache is Operations Officer of Postal Connections. Prior to this, both men were key executives at Mail Boxes Etc., where they were instrumental in growing that company from a collection of neighborhood service centers to a worldwide network. In 2004, David Hurley joined the Postal Connections management team as Development Officer. Hurley brings his experience as a Postal Connections franchise owner to The Company. We are headquartered at 1081 Camino del Rio South, San Diego California 92108.
Our network of neighborhood stores is growing at a rapid pace. From January 2002 to January 2006 the Postal Connections network has expanded by 350%. As of January 2006, the Postal Connections network has 103 franchise stores sold or open in the U.S.
Our experience operating stores and developing competitive marketing programs has attracted interest in Postal Connections as a business to own. We know the challenges and the exhilaration of making a store go.
