ProSpection was founded in 2003 by John Davies, former division president with Progressive Insurance. ProSpection operates as a subsidiary of Merrymeeting Inc. (MMI), an investment firm specializing in the acquisition and development of franchise systems and related services. In addition to ProSpetion the management team at MMI also operates three other franchise systems totalling in nearly 1200 franchised locations throughout the world.
