One of the major purposes for either joining or purchasing a franchise is the access to training and education. The creation of SPI University enables our organization to stand alone in the industry. The traditional approach used by our competitors is focused on training, usually by a single instructor. We see it very differently. Our approach is focused on education, not just training. It is our belief that the identification and recruitment of top talent is an art and a unique skill that cannot be simple taught. Our approach reflects a typical higher education model.
