Lenny's Sub Shops is opening another restaurant in Memphis with its newest venue at 2382 Germantown Parkway in Cordova. The restaurant, the 27th Memphis-area location, is scheduled to open in August. Lenny's, founded in a Memphis suburb in 1998, has sold more than 600 franchises in 17 states from California to Virginia since 2001. The latest Lenny's is owned by WDZ LLC. WDZ partners Don and Steve Bomar have been franchisees in the Lenny's system since 2003. The company owns and operates three Memphis-area franchises.
