The longtime employee of Salt Lake City-based printing franchisor AlphaGraphics Inc. recently inked a deal that allowed him to open an AlphaGraphics digital business center in Lakeway -- with more locations on the way in the Austin area. Located at 900 RR 620 S. in the Lakeway Commons Shopping Center, Mendenhall's shop is only the second AlphaGraphics digital business center to open in the country, and it's an example of how the company intends to nearly double its locations within five years' time. Currently, AlphaGraphics has 232 U.S. printing shop locations, 265 worldwide, and is planning to expand to 500 stores by 2010.
