Alsea SA, the Mexican owner of the rights to operate Domino's Pizza franchises, said it postponed a share sale planned for today until market conditions improve.

Alsea, with 803 stores throughout the country, could have raised up to $85 million by selling 20 million shares at 47.50 pesos per share, said the company in the prospectus for the sale.

The company announced the postponement in a statement sent to the Mexican stock exchange last yesterday.

Casa de Bolsa Santander Serfin SA in Mexico City had planned to price the sale yesterday. (Con información de Finsat)
