TOMS RIVER, NJ – July 6, 2010 – BookKeeping Express, the first U.S. franchise focused solely on outsourced accounting services, announced today that it has signed a franchise agreement with Victory Financial Inc. to open an office in Toms River, N.J. serving the coastal regions of Ocean and Middlesex Counties, from Toms River to East Brunswick. The new BookKeeping Express office will open in September 2010 and will be the brand’s first in New Jersey.
