Burger King Holdings Inc. reported net income of $37 million (euro29.9 million) in the first nine months of the fiscal year, after $45 million (euro36.4 million) for the same period a year earlier, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

The company reported a 5.4 percent increase in total revenue, to $1.52 billion (euro1.23 billion) through March 31 of this year. The company didn't report figures for the latest quarter separately.
