AmeriCare ( www.americarealliance.com ), a national home-based caregiving company, announced the opening of its latest franchises serving Howard, Montgomery, and Prince George Counties in Maryland. While one of the smaller states in the union, Maryland is in the top 20 in terms of its population and one in five Marylanders is over the age of 60. AmeriCare of Maryland will provide caregiving services to seniors and families with a choice of licensed, pre-screened, personally selected caregivers who work with individuals to create a unique customized care plan, free of limitations or restrictions. AmeriCare, which provides senior care and other forms of caregiving services in the home, now offers services for families in a dozen states.
