On the 23rd September 2006, Coldwell Banker offices will be opening the doors to properties across NSW. “Open Houses work,” said Colin Davidson, Managing Director of Coldwell Banker NSW/ACT. “Our experience has shown that many buyers feel comfortable inspecting properties at Open Houses.
