Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc., announced that it has acquired the assets of Burnt Store Properties, Inc., located at 25001 Harborside Boulevard in Punta Gorda, Fla. The office will continue to operate from its current location under the banner of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, Inc.

Burnt Store Properties’ 24 sales associates were responsible for over $88 million in total closed sales volume during the last 12 months. With this announcement, Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate has more than 7,200 sales associates in 150 offices that accounted for a combined closed sales volume of $23 billion the past year.
