Coldwell's Augusta office at 102 E. Fifth and its Wichita offices at 6100 E. Central and 6130 E. Central will close, along with VIP's 144 N. Oliver office.

The new office is the former headquarters of Brite Voice Systems Inc., which moved out in 2002.

About 100 agents will work out of the office.

President Matt Lillie says the goal was to renovate the space and move into the building in January, but it was held up because Coldwell had to special order custom doors for the lobby.
