Conforama and Leroy Merlin in Poland announce the signature of the final agreement regarding the sale of Conforama Poland to Leroy Merlin disclosed on February 26th for a price that sets the firm value at € 45 million.
Transfer has taken place on June 4th after authorization given by competition authorities in Poland at the end of May.
