Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group Inc., which operates Dollar Rent A Car and Thrifty Car Rental, said Wednesday it acquired the Thrifty Car Rental franchise serving the Pensacola Regional Airport in Florida. Financial terms were undisclosed. LaGrange Aero Inc. sold the franchise. The owner of that company, Joseph Fagundes III, will continue to operate Dollar and Thrifty rental operations in Ft. Walton Beach, Fla., and in Georgia. Dollar Thrifty shares dropped 6 cents to $45.64 during morning trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
