A WATERLESS car washing and detailing company called Ecowash Mobile is rapidly expanding using a winning formula that taps into the market of time poor, but environmentally conscious consumers.

The continuing dry conditions, combined with water restrictions, are making it harder for car-loving Australians to keep their cars clean. Water authorities in Sydney have banned car washing using a hose and have restricted car dealers' washing operations.

But most people find the traditional bucket and sponge method time consuming and messy.

Directors of Ecowash Mobile Jim Cornish and Stewart Nicholls, both former race and rally drivers, believe this market is hungry for their type of service.
