Entrée Vous, a meal preparation franchise founded by a Le Cordon Bleu-trained chef, is opening its first Tennessee location at 9100 Carothers Parkway, Suite 108 in Franklin.

The business is owned by Blake and Dana Miller.

The "take and bake" service allows customers to go online and choose an entree and set up and appointment to visit the kitchen.

Ingredients are sliced and diced and laid out for the customers who show up and put their meal together and take it home to freeze or bake.

Entrée Vous began franchising in January 2005 and has 48 locations, with an additional 130 under development.

The company plans to double its presence this year.
