Memphis' newest shoe store will take aim at obesity and decades of high heels. Atlanta-based Foot Solutions will open its 185th store Thursday in Germantown Crossing, at Germantown Road near Dogwood. Foot Solutions operates 140 company-owned stores. The Germantown outlet is a franchise that belongs to Chonyol Won and will be managed by Jin Lee.
