Guy Hoquet, the French franchisor of real estate agencies has granted Immogessy SARL in Morocco the master franchise. Immogessy will develop the marketing of real estate projects (Guy Hoquet Immobilier) and the management of co ownership and property renting investment (Guy Hoquet Syndic). The whole package of real estate properties managed by the master franchisee will be put on line on the franchisor’s website.
