Jiffy Lube International Inc. has sold a package of 15 real estate sites in order to reinvest that capital in other areas.

Two private investors from Sacramento, Calif., bought the properties located in Texas, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Wyoming, Iowa and Washington state. Only one of the sites is in Houston.

The purchase price was not disclosed, but the asking price on the package was $8.28 million.
