Keller Williams Realty East Valley, which is based in Tempe, has been ranked No. 1 among all the Keller Williams offices in Arizona because the residential sales it handled in 2005 increased by almost half over the previous year.

Contracts for homes bought and sold topped out at $723 million, compared with $484.7 million the previous year. It handled 2,655 homes last year.

Those figures also enabled the company to rank sixth out of about 600 Keller Williams International market centers in North America.
