In 2004 the Laforêt Immobilier agencies carried out 26 000 transactions with sales totalof 3.9m €, generating 130m € net in fees (results gathered from 432 agencies over 12 months). Over the next 3 years, the company aims for 750 agencies in France. With their first Master franchise in Portugal, the company now wants to go into Spain, Italy, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands and Switzerland.
